We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US and 20-30 business days for international shipping unless the product description says otherwise.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled out when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. You should see tracking events within 2-3 days after you receive the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment is scanned at it's first location after leaving our fulfillment center.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout. We will send you an automated order confirmation once your order has been placed. If you notice that the address is incorrect, you may notify us at email@example.com within 12 hours to ensure we can update the address before shipping your product.
Once the item has been shipped we will not be able to change the shipping address or reroute the delivery. You are responsible to work with the shipping courier directly to resolve the problem. We will not ship additional items free of charge unless we are responsible for the error.
If you believe we are at fault, you may send us a copy of your original order confirmation email to verify that you entered the address correctly. If so, we will send you a new item free of charge.
Shipping notifications are sent based on tracking updates provided by the postal service. We are not responsible for inaccurate delivery information.
In most cases, the item will arrive within 2-3 days of receiving an incorrect delivery notification.
If you would like more information, we suggest contacting your local post office and providing your tracking number. You may also check with neighbors, roommates, or family members to see if they have received your item by mistake.
